What Drives Me
I like solving complex problems that technology can solve — the whole arc of it: strategize the plan, implement it, see the results, learn from what happened, and go again. That full loop is where I do my best work, not any single stage of it. It's the same throughline across my corporate roles, my mentoring, and my own startup — not separate motivations for each one.
Product Philosophy
Two things, held in tension. Be very clear about the problem you're actually trying to solve. And be ready to pivot — because every decision is only ever based on the data available at the time, and building surfaces new information that should change the plan. Clarity of intent, not attachment to the original plan.
